How long is the shipping time with Duvee Davis Fitness?

Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it's 1-2 business days for all products.

What are your estimated delivery times?

Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations.

How do you ship packages?

Packages to be delivered within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse through USPS.

Packages to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouse in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 1 day processing time for shipping within the U.S. and 2-5 days processing time for shipping to other locations.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.

How do you ship within the United States?

Duvee Davis uses USPS for shipping and this tracking link https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction should work for all tracking numbers. Hope this helps.

My order has passed its estimated delivery date what do i do?

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

  1. Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate - it’s not a guarantee.
  2. If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. Contact us via our contact us page. 

WHY WAS I CHARGED A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN STATED ON THE WEBSITE?

We are a US based company and our prices are based in USD. However, we've included a currency converter on our website that automatically converts this price to your local currency! Upon checkout, the prices will be converted back and charged in USD. If you are using a credit card with any currency other than USD, there may be slight discrepancies between what you're charged and what was displayed on our website due to differences in the conversion rate used by your credit card company.
